All orders are dispatched within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: [email protected]

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at THE NET GPS. If your item is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item for one that is more suitable. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

We offer a full 12-month warranty on all products. Warranty claims are subject to manufacturers inspection to ensure that the item was not incorrectly fitted and to ensure it was not used for other than what it was designed. Any faulty item will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection prior to any claim or replacement being approved.

All freight costs on returns are to be paid for by the client. THE NET GPS will not accept any receiver pay shipments.

And also include the following information:

  • Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
  • Your name, address& phone number
  • A description of the item you are returning
  • If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item
